What to Expect & FAQ

How Does It Work?

We aren’t like those short-term support programs that leave you in the dark after providing ‘basic nutrition advice.’

Instead, we offer continuous guidance throughout your journey to support you through every hurdle, confusion, and challenge.

As a Registered Dietitian, I provide counseling not only for eating disorders but also for multiple other health conditions and concerns.

My integrated approach includes assessing your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Every aspect of your wellness journey is tailored exclusively according to your likeness, dislikeness, challenges, and overall health goals
